C) in the year 2001 and registered with relevant statutory bodies in Nigeria. While providing Housing solutions, it engages in Real Estate Development thereby presenting a unique mass Housing delivery system including strategic support through collaboration and membership with the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).
Our corporate membership of the REDAN and our accreditation by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) expressly grants the right to harness the potentials of the contributors to the National Housing Fund (NHF) by creatively advancing their course through the provision of affordable Homes for the contributors and their families.

Arc. Sadiq Obanoyen is a seasoned Architect and an entrepreneur with vast experience in construction, Mortgage business, and Housing delivery. He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of both Project and Design Associates Ltd and her sister company Cardinal Builders and Contractors’ Ltd.
Upon his possession of a Diploma in Building Technology, he proceeded to the Federal University of Technology, Akure, (FUTA) Nigeria, where he bagged a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master’s degree. He has served both as an adjunct and a senior adjunct lecturer in the department of Architecture, FUTA, he is currently pursuing a Doctorate programme in his chosen career- Architecture.
